What types of material can my hood be made out of?

Solis Hoods can make your hood out of nearly any kind of fabric. Most of the hoods are made out of regular cotton fabric. However, hoods can and have been made with Silk, Microsuede, Canvas, Water Resistant materials, Ultra-Soft Cuddle fabric, etc. We suggest not requesting stretchy fabrics though.

What can I do about a hole in my tassel?

No worries! We can fix it! Bring your hood back to us and we can put a patch over the hole in your tassel, either bring it to us at a show we are vending or mail it to us. If you have a patch of your own that you want us to use make sure you either bring it with your hood or mail it in the package with your hood when you mail it. (However, you Must Cover the cost of shipping both ways)

What do I do if a Marble breaks in my tassel

IMMEDIATELY STOP USING YOUR HOOD!!!!! The marbles can become sharp if broken and can damage the fabric of your hood. The broken shards can also become dangerous to you and your hands if you continue playing with a tassel with a broken marble. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to the hood or user if you continue to use a hood with a broken marble. We suggest that you Mail your hood into to us so that we can get the broken marble out and replace it with a new one.
